Psalms 75:1-10 We give thanks to you, Lord, Your Name is near to us. Men tell of Your wonderful deeds. You say: I shall seize the appointed time and then judge mankind with equity. When the earth, with its people are shaken, it is I who holds the pillars firm.
To the arrogant, I say: boast no more, and to the wicked: do not vaunt yourself against heaven. No other power can raise anyone up, for God is supreme, He decides.
In the hand of the Lord is a cup of rich wine. He pours it out and all the ungodly on earth must drink it.
As for me, I shall declare praise to the God of Jacob forever. He will break the strength of the wicked and the righteous will be raised up.
Psalms 76:1-12 In Judah, God is known. His name is great in Israel, where He dwells.
There, He has broken the flashing arrows and all the weapons of war.
Lord, You are awesome and majestic. At Your rebuke warriors and horse’s lie still, they sleep their last sleep. Who can stand in Your presence? From heaven, You pronounced judgement to save the afflicted of the Land. The survivors of Your wrath will bring You praise.
Make vows to the Lord your God and keep them. Let the peoples all around bring tribute, for He is feared by all the earths rulers. Ref: REB. Verses abridged

Psalm 76 is a prophecy of the results of this judgement Isaiah 4:3-6, Ezekiel 28:26, and the raising up of His people, Christian Israelites., from every tribe, race, nation and language. In New Israel, God is known. He dwells in the Third Temple at Jerusalem. Ezekiel 43:4, Zechariah 1:16-17. His people’s enemies are destroyed and all weapons of war, broken. [flashing arrows = nuclear weapons] Isaiah 2:4
Other peoples bring tribute to them, living in peace and security in the Land of New Israel. Psalms 72:10, Isaiah 16:1, Zechariah 8:12.
The prophecies in Psalms 75:1 and in Zechariah 1:16, say how the Lord will come back to all Israel – with compassion, and how He will be known there, by His faithful Christian people. As in Ezekiel 39:29, Joel 2:29, Acts 2:17, the Lord pours out His spirit upon His people. That all these events happen before the Return of Jesus, for His Millennial reign, is proved by the passage in Ezekiel 46:12, where the ruler of New Israel makes offerings in the new Temple.
Isaiah 2:5 Come, people of Jacob, let us walk in the Light of the Lord.
Joel 2:27 You will know that I am present in Israel, that I and no other am the Lord your God and My people will never again be put to shame.
Ezekiel 37:14 Then I shall put My Spirit into you….and settle you in your own soil, you will know, that I, the Lord has spoken and acted.
