Isaiah 56:8 This is the Word of the Lord, who gathers those driven out of Israel: I shall add to those already gathered. REB
John 10:16 I have other sheep, those that are not of this sheepfold, I must bring them also. They, too will listen to My voice and there shall be one flock and one shepherd.
These verses, in Isaiah and John, explain how the true Israelites will be brought back to the holy Land. They will be gathered and judged, Ezekiel 20:34-38 and the godly ones will join with every other faithful Christian from every tribe, race, nation and language. Isaiah 66:18b-21
Deuteronomy 30:1-10 When all these things have happened to you, if there among the nations where I have banished you – then you turn back to Me – then, I your God, will restore your fortunes. In My compassion, I will gather you from the ends of the earth and bring you home to the Land of your forefathers. I will give you a new heart, so that you will love and obey Me. You will become more numerous and prosperous than of old.
Ezekiel 34:11-31 .…I shall search for My sheep [every faithful Christian] and rescue them from where they have been scattered on the Day of cloud and darkness. [the Day of the Lord’s vengeance and wrath] I will gather them and bring them back to their own country. I will judge them and separate the wicked from the righteous. They will live in peace and plenty, then they will know that ,I their God, am with them and they are My People. This must be before the Return of Jesus.
Isaiah 10:20-21 On that Day, the survivors of Jacob will rely entirely on the Lord. A remnant will return, Israel – your people are like the sands of the sea, but only a remnant will come back into the Land. For the Lord has decreed judgement upon the whole earth.
All the world will be affected by a massive CME sunstrike. Isaiah 30:26, Malachi 4:1, Psalms 50
Isaiah 11:11-13 On that Day, the Lord will exert His power a second time to recover the remnant of Israel from all places of the earth. There will be no enmity between Israel and Judah.
Isaiah 14:1-2 The Lord will show compassion for Jacob and will once again make Israel His choice. He will resettle them on their native soil. Foreigners will join them as captives and help rebuild the cities. Isaiah 60:10
After the next prophesied event, the Lord’s Day of vengeance and wrath, which will take place when the enemies of the State of Israel commence their attack, the entire Middle East will be devastated, but then ‘in a very short time’ the Land of Greater Israel will be regenerated.
Ezekiel 36:8 But you, Land of Israel, will put forth your branches and yield your fruit, for My people, Israel, as their homecoming is near.
It is clear, from all the verses above, that at this second stage of the regathering of His people back to the Land, [first stage – Judah in 1948] they will mainly be the true descendants of Jacob, that is the House of Israel – the 10 Northern tribes, still scattered around the world. Who exactly they are now, only God knows, but He will motivate them to emigrate to all of the holy Land, along with those people grafted in by righteousness. They will all be assigned to a tribe according to individual characteristics. From all the twelve tribes, the 144,000 will be selected to go out and proclaim the coming Kingdom of Jesus.
Later, at the Return of Jesus, He will send His angels to gather His chosen ones, all the other Christians, who have not taken the mark of the beast. This is the third and final gathering. Matthew 24:30-31
